Awards, Critical Shortage Areas
NTLP applications are accepted beginning in January through June 15, 2006. Submission of the online application and payment fee without submission of all required admission documents may cause an application to be delayed or denied.
Step 1:
- Gather all required admission documents
- Transcripts, evaluation of out-of-country credentials (if required)
- Praxis I: Basic Skills Assessments score reports
- Praxis II: Content Knowledge Assessments score report(s)
- Copy of fingerprint card for criminal background check
Step 2: Mail all above documents in one packet to the NTLP office (postmarked no later than June 15, 2006). Have credit card or checkbook ready. Fill out and submit the program fee and the online application. Applicants should print a copy of the application for their records.

The application will not be saved or submitted electronically without fee payment.
NTL Program Fee Refund Policy- Deadline August 1, 2006 -
The program fee, (minus a non-refundable $50 processing charge) will be refunded, if the NTLP office is notified in writing that the applicant is withdrawing from the program and the applicant has not attended any summer Instructional Modules. Correspondence must be postmarked no later than August 1, 2006 for any refund to be considered.
To pay by cashier's check or money order, a downloadable application is available.
