NTLP Online Application and Program Fee

NTLP applications are accepted between January 15, 2008 and June 15, 2008. Submission of the online application and payment fee without submission of all required admission documents may cause an application to be delayed or denied.

1: Gather all required admission documents

  • Official transcripts (always required), evaluation of out-of-country credentials (if required)
  • Original Praxis I: Basic Skills Assessments score reports (mailed from ETS to applicant’s home)
  • Original Praxis II: Content Area Assessment(s) score report(s) (mailed from ETS to applicant’s home)
  • Copy of ASP-122 form and fingerprint card for Criminal Background Check
  • Proof of current enrollment in Arkansas History and/or Teaching Reading courses (if course(s) are not yet completed)
  • Official transcripts showing completion of Arkansas History and Teaching Reading courses (if required) prior to June 15, 2008.

2: Mail all above documents in one packet to the NTLP office (postmarked no later than June 15, 2008).

3. Have credit card or checkbook ready.

4. Fill out and submit the NTL ONLINE APPLICATION with the program fee. Applicants should print a copy of the application and fee receipt for their records.

Notice: Applications for 2008-2009 will be accepted beginning in January 15, 2008. 

The application will not be saved or submitted electronically without fee payment.
